Those of you who know me, know that I’m a soccer aficionado. It’s the only sport I watch (when I have a chance to watch a sport). I’ve read thousands of interviews of soccer players. One thing I’ve noticed from these pros is their laser focused mental process. They have already visualized a result so many times and trained to achieve that result so often, that when a result is accomplished, it is not a surprise to them.

Here’s an article by Romelu Lukaku that illustrates my point. I like Rom, he plays for Manchester United which is the team I’ve been following for 20 years now. If you don’t care about soccer, that’s fine. This article isn’t really about soccer. Enjoy.
