I have a client who is dealing with a competitor who is engaging in illegal interference with my client’s business. My normal comfort zone is dealing with government interference with a business. The nice sanitary kind of interference where both sides have rules and follow them. Today, I realized what kind of shenanigans people will stoop to. And so I’m taking the gloves off. If they want to play rough, I’ll find them and put a stop to this. Usually if I can’t find a solution to a problem sitting in a desk chair, then a solution doesn’t exist. In this case, it looks like I’m going to be part private investigator and part attorney. It’s nice to be able to do whatever is required to solve this. It’s kind of liberating.
